A little about me

Chief AI Officer.
Operator at heart.

I’m Don Branzuela. I’m a Fractional Chief AI Officer based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. I help companies doing $2M+ move into the AI generation.

I’ve owned the business.

I previously owned a beverage catering company with multimillion-dollar revenue. That experience shapes how I approach my work as a Fractional Chief AI Officer. I come at AI as someone who has run a business.

I founded Dynamic Buzz Digital to move companies into the AI generation. I also serve as Fractional Chief AI Officer for JT Hospitality Group, a multimillion-dollar concessions company with locations across DFW and hundreds of employees.

I grew up imagining this.

WarGames. Knight Rider. Short Circuit. The Terminator. I grew up with stories about talking computers and machines that could think. Some were helpful. Some were a pretty good argument for an off switch.

That’s why I say 80s kids were built for the AI generation. Now I get to put that curiosity to work as a Fractional Chief AI Officer.

There’s still actual lemonade.

I run Boo Boo’s Lemonade, a fresh-squeezed lemonade catering business in DFW. I also run Citrus Social, a boutique mobile beverage catering business for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

I just launched Special Event Staff, a DFW event staffing referral site. It refers. It does not hire.

I share what I’m doing.

I coach other mobile beverage operators through The Mobile Bar Guy, Lemonade Insiders, and Mobile Bar Insiders. I’m also preparing to launch the National Mobile Beverage Association.

I use AI agents to run all of it. I teach that in workshops, too. The first named workshop is Phantom Office.

When I speak, I’m there to educate. I speak about the mobile beverage industry and how an operator runs real businesses with AI agents. The lemonade stand is real. So is the work.

Part of the conversation.

I’m a member of the National Speakers Association and MPI.

A couple of fun facts.

We have ten cats and two dogs. So yes, there’s a lot going on at home, too.

In 2002, I placed third in the world in the tandem category of TGI Fridays’ Quest for the Best flair bartending competition.

What’s in my toolbox.

These are the tools I actually use.
